It was an unusual way to spend our 'dating' anniversary, but at least we were together all day.

In no particular order:

* We finished moving stuff out of my office area.
* Jack painted the walls - two coats of "Naples Sunset" purple! 
* bought paint for my desk
* picked up a new modem

As usual, my mind started running before I even opened my eyes this morning.  This past week has been extremely busy and today is the day to catch up on everything before another busy week begins.  As I start fillling out my To-Do list I am disappointed (but not surprised) to see the absence of fun things like "picnic in the park, day at the lake" ( Read more... )

I really like my new job.  My boss isn't breathing down my neck, my co-workers are nice, the pay is great, and I feel pretty comfortable with what I'm doing.  I'm working another 3 days this week but after that, I don't know.  Too bad I couldn't work one or two days every week, instead of just being 'casual'.
